We happily accept returns and refunds as detailed in our policy below. Please note that by purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund and Return Policy.

Exchanges

In the event that an incorrect item was sent to you, Don’t worry, we've got you covered!

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. The exchange request has to meet the following criteria:

●  Items must be unused and in brand new conditions.

●  All exchanges will be inspected once shipped back to our facility to verify any recorded defects.

To protect your request and ensure a smooth process, we highly encourage you to take photos of the product received and send them along with your exchange request. This will document any damage that may occur during shipping.

Defective Products

Radiclaw Creations ensures that every product is shipped in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we want to make it right!. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 business days of receiving your item.

Email us at support@radiclawcreations.com with the following information:

●  Order number
●  A detailed description of the defect
●  Photos
●  If you would like a return or exchange

This information helps us understand the issue and resolve it quickly. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations.

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. Each item is made to order, so please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@radiclawcreations.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

●  Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed and unworn.

●  All returns will be inspected once shipped back to our facility to verify any recorded defects.

Cancellation

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24  hours of placing your order. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be fully refunded.

To cancel your order, email us at support@radiclawcreations.com with your order number and request for cancellation. After 24 hours we are unable to accept cancellations.

Refunds

The cancellation/return request is subject to the terms herein. We will process your full refund (or part of the order cancelled as a partial refund).

For Returns, the items will be inspected, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value for the goods returned that show signs of use.

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns/Exchange Shipping

We recommend shipping any Return, Exchange and Defective orders to us via tracked postage. Without a verifiable tracking number, you are aware and accept the risk of the item not reaching us.

Please note the customer will incur in the shipping costs of returning the product(s).
