Where do you ship?
Our shipping claws currently extend only within the United States.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We're not kitten around when it comes to getting your order to you ASAP! Give us 3-6 business days to work our magic, and then expect your goodies to arrive in around 14 days. Oh, and once your package is on its way, you can keep a watchful eye on it like a hawk-eyed kitty!
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
No matter the scenario, we're here to assist you with a feline-friendly attitude. We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. If you encounter any manufacturer defects, we'll gladly offer you a full replacement. And hey, if we mistakenly sent you the wrong item, we've got a seven-day exchange period to make it right. What happens if the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect?
If your item arrives in a less-than-purrfect condition or has a manufacturing hiccup,we'll swap it out for you in a jiffy. Just make sure to let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order. We like to nip those issues in the bud!
What happens in the event that I want to make exchanges?
Meow-nificent question! If we sent you the wrong item, you can swap it for the right one within 7 days. Let's fix that mix-up pronto!
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind for any reason, there are no pawsitively no penalties if you cancel within 24 hours.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
Don’t stress! Just shoot us a quick reply to your order confirmation email. As long as it's within 24 hours, we'll help you land on the right spot. Sorry, no refunds for address blunders after the 24-hour mark. Time to sharpen those typing claws!
